我发誓，这是我写代码这么长时间以来写的最长的 commit message。

Reclassified some files, changing some files'name and directories'name, adding material class. However, the sphere class field: shared_ptr<material> material_ptr didn't initalized because of its fatal mistake once that it was initalized. Fixed shadow ance. Modified write_color function to do gamma-correct. Added some comments and two TODOs. Tried to move struct hit_record to utils.h but triggered lots of confusing mistakes, giving up.
